Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-04
These terms govern your use of the WildWork Android app (the "Service"), operated by Riccardo Salvagio, Gabelsbergerstraße 48d, 80333 München, Germany. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use WildWork.
1. What WildWork is
WildWork is an online marketplace where users can publish job offers and services ("Providers") and other users can find, contact and book them ("Clients"). WildWork acts only as an intermediary: we are not a party to the agreements between Providers and Clients, we do not employ Providers, and we do not perform the services offered on the platform.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts.
- The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity on your account.
- One person or business may not create accounts to evade a suspension.
3. Responsibilities of Providers
- Listings must describe the job or service, price and conditions truthfully and completely.
- Providers are solely responsible for the quality, legality and delivery of what they offer, and for holding any licence, insurance or qualification it requires.
- Providers are responsible for their own taxes, invoicing and compliance with employment and consumer law.
4. Bookings and payments
- Payments made through WildWork are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.
- WildWork may hold a payment until the booking is completed and then release it to the Provider, minus the platform fee shown before you confirm.
- Cancellations, refunds and disputes follow the conditions shown in the listing and in the booking flow. WildWork may help resolve disputes but is not obliged to compensate either party.
- You may not ask for or make payments outside WildWork for bookings started on WildWork.
5. Prohibited content and behaviour
You may not use WildWork to publish or do anything that:
- is illegal, fraudulent, misleading or infringes someone else's rights (including intellectual property);
- is discriminatory, hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit or exploits minors;
- offers illegal, unlicensed or dangerous goods, services or work (including pyramid schemes and unpaid "trial work" scams);
- contains spam, malware, or attempts to access accounts or systems without authorisation;
- collects other users' personal data for purposes unrelated to a booking.
We may remove content that breaks these rules and report illegal content to the authorities.
Reporting and blocking. Every profile, listing and conversation in the app has a "Report" action, and you can block any user from a conversation or a listing: a blocked user can no longer message you and you no longer message them. Reports go to our moderation queue; we review them, may remove the content or suspend the account, and tell the people involved what we decided and why. Unblock from Settings → Privacy → Blocked users. You accept these rules when you create an account.
5a. Reviews and ranking
Only the two sides of a booking, work exchange stay or hire completed on WildWork can review each other, once, within 14 days; both reviews are published together. A company's rating of a person it hired is visible only to that company. Search results may use the average rating only from 3 published reviews on. Details: How reviews work.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you publish. You grant WildWork a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and promote it within the Service for as long as it is published.
7. Suspension and account closure
- You can close your account at any time from the app or as described on Delete your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or that put other users at risk. Where possible we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
- Closing an account does not cancel obligations from bookings already confirmed or paid.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, WildWork is not liable for the conduct of users, for the content of listings, or for the performance of jobs and services arranged through the platform, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will notify you in advance by email or in the app; continuing to use WildWork after the changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the country where a consumer resides and to the consumer's right to bring proceedings there. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
12. Contact
The Service is operated by Riccardo Salvagio, Gabelsbergerstraße 48d, 80333 München, Germany.
